I am a dedicated leader with over 14 years of experience in childcare, property, and community development. As Director of  Sunbeam Day Care, Edustart Limited, RH Properties Limited, Aim Digi Ltd and Founder & Director of  Better We CIC, I combine business acumen with passionate social impact—especially supporting women, children, and communities.

At Sunbeam Day Care, I oversee early years education (ages 2–14), staff, safeguarding, and Ofsted compliance.
At Edustart Ltd and RH Properties Ltd, Aim Digi Ltd I lead strategy, operations, and property management to drive sustainable growth.
Through Better We CIC, I deliver wellbeing, youth engagement, community projects, and resource support—empowering hundreds in Manchester.

My strengths include strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivering meaningful change through projects, partnerships, and community outreach. I am intentional, empathetic, and driven by values. I am excited to explore new opportunities to connect with senior leaders—such as the Prime Minister of Bangladesh—on cross-border initiatives and diaspora support.
